Statutory protection has been given to the publication in newspapers or broadcast by wireless telegraphy of substantially true reports of any proceedings of either House of Parliament , provided the reports are for the public good and are not actuated by malice -LRB- Art . 361A -RRB- . संसद के किसी भी सदन की किन्हीं कार्यवाहियों के सारतया सही विवरण के किसी समाचार पत्र में प्रकाशन या बेतार तारयांत्रिकी द्वारा प्रसारण के संबंध में भी सांविधिक संरक्षण प्रदान किया गया है बशर्ते कि रिपोर्टें जनहित के लिए हों तथा विद्वेष रहित हों ( संविधान का अनुच्छेद 361 क ) .
